Breakfast needs to be filling and fast in our house (for me anyway)- Can't go wrong with a green smoothie- this one has a banana, mango (frozen as they're not in season here), spinach, whey protein isolate, chiaseeds, flax meal, Greek yoghurt. Whizz in the processor and wala. My 3 yr old always has one too... sneaky way to get some goodness into her!
