Did I tell you it is simple?!
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup cashews (omit if you like, but I like the creamy, nutty flavour)
In a food processor, blitz cashews until nearly creamy. Add in frozen mango and banana, blitz until it turns into icecream consistency (takes about 3-4min depending on power of processor)
Scoop out and enjoy!!
